After 14 years of use, one of our borehole pumps finally packed in. Tek Pumps came in and with the assistance of Iain Watson they managed to get the old pump out. The pump goes down to around 120 feet. Just waiting on the quotes to come in now to replace it.

Turf down and the Tarmacadam has been laid. We are experimenting with a turf guard material to see if that will help with wear or tear or not, better to trial on a small area first to see if it actually works or not. We sprayed on a fertiliser and wetting agent mix to assist with growth and drought resistance. We have still to put in some form of parking segregation and a new surface for the disabled parking area. We will be applying feed/wetting agents and sand applications as well as some aeration work to give the grass the best chance possible to withstand the wear and tear.
